Orders are usually proceed within 5 day upon receipt of the order. Our team will ensure you are notified when your order has been dispatched and if requested we can give you a tracking number for your follow.
All stock item deliveries within the UK are sent through Royal Mail to ensure next day delivery before 1pm, insurance and tracking.

We offer delivery worldwide for any item in our range. All orders are sent out within 2 working days, but please note that international orders can take a little longer to arrive. Prices start from £10 for each item. Any question please email us on email@example.com.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
Please refer to your international local DHL office who will be able to advise you on importing items from the UK into the final desitination. All duties and other fees will be your responsibilty.
Philippa London is very happy to receive returns for a full refund of exchange within 14 days from the date you received your goods. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties.
Please make sure your purchases are returned new, unused and with all PHILIPPA LONDON tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact email@example.com for an exchange or refund as above.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PHILIPPA LONDON. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers
