Online Competition Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Christmas 2023 competition organized by Philippa London Limited (“The Company”). By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms in their entirety. Please read these Terms carefully before entering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with entering the competition. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances. These Terms are subject to change without notice. 1. Eligibility:

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above, except employees and immediate family members of The Company, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective immediate family members.

2. Entry Requirements:

To participate, entrants must sign up for The Company mailing list on this page using a valid email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any additional entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period:

The competition begins on 1 October 2023 and ends on 8th December 2023.

4. Prize:

The prize is the item shown on this page. The total value of the prize is as shown. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from the list of valid email entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the competition ends.

6. Verification of Winners:

The selected winner must respond to the winner notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. To claim the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age.

7. Disqualification:

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

Multiple entries from the same person.
Use of automated systems or bots to submit entries.
Providing false information during the sign-up process.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

By entering the competition, participants agree to receive promotional emails from The Company. The Company will not share or sell participant information with third parties.
